Behold: The internets

Today I tried to make myself a ham sandwich.  The ham, which was less than a week old, had some weird kind of slime on it.  I used to be really finicky about eating stuff that seemed suspicious, but after a few years of living on my own (and cooking for myself) I'll eat just about anything that isn't obviously rancid.  This ham slime gave me pause, however.  Was it safe?  Resisting the urge to call my mom, I turned to Google.  I had no idea what search terms to use, so I put in "ham slime."  First result: everything I could want to know about ham slime.  Thank you, internets.
